Delivery times

Photographic orders will take approximately two/three weeks from the time of order placement. DVDs will be dispatched as soon as editing is complete. This is approximately 30 days from the date of the graduation. If you believe you are experiencing a delay with your order, please contact us.

In the unlikely event of being unable to deliver, you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order.

Privacy Policy

No personal or identifying information provided to us by the customer will be used for promotions or advertising and will not be given to a 3rd party in any event. In addition and in compliance with recent ant-spam legislation, your email address will not be used to send any promotional information to you. We do, however, email you with reminders or up to date information where necessary.

Returns Policy

Damaged goods or packages which contain incorrect photographs will be replaced as long as we are notified within 14 days of their arrival. Damaged photographs or goods will need accompanying photographs of damage before replacement.

Shipping practices & delivery policy

During the checkout stage, you may elect to pick up your order personally, select normal postage or delivery by courier. Phillips and Father use the services of Australia Post  and, where selected, endeavour to utilise the services of any major courier companies that best service your geographical location.

Your package may be subject to customs/duties charges. Phillips and Father is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. Phillips and Father cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimise these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimising your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a "gift" in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Security Policy

This web site utilises state of the art AES-256 256 bit encryption technology to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of such information. Nonetheless, we are not responsible for any breach of its security or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any personal information.

School Ball and School Graduations

We do put school ball and school graduations online, however these images are only accessible via pass code. When purchasing school ball and/or school graduation photos please keep in mind that due to copyright and privacy reasons you're only able to buy digital copies of your individual images and those in which you appear with family. This excludes group photos where there is 1 (one) or more students/graduates in the photo due to copyright and privacy reasons. On USBs there is a maximum limit of 15 images (individual and family photos only).
