Delivery timeframe

Photographic orders will take approximately two/three weeks from the time of order placement. DVDs will be dispatched as soon as editing is complete. This is approximately 30 days from the date of the graduation. If you believe you are experiencing a delay with your order, please contact us.

In the unlikely event of being unable to deliver, you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order.

Privacy Policy

No personal or identifying information provided to us by the customer will be used for promotions or advertising and will not be given to a 3rd party in any event. In addition and in compliance with recent ant-spam legislation, your email address will not be used to send any promotional information to you. We do, however , email you with reminders or up to date information where necessary.

Returns Policy

Damaged goods or packages which contain incorrect photographs will be replaced as long as we are notified within 14 days of their arrival. Damaged photographs or goods will need accompanying photographs of damage before replacement.

Shipping practices & delivery policy

During the checkout stage, you may elect to pick up your order personally, select normal postage or delivery by courier. Phillips and Father use the sevices of Australia Post  and, where selected, endeavour to utilise the services of any major courier companies that best service your geographical location.
