Ceremony DVD
A professional DVD is taken of every ceremony, covering every important moment
including processions, speeches, musical interlude and social gatherings. Order
this DVD by visiting our online DVD section.
Group your DVD and photography order to receive a substantial discount - by
spending $130.00 or more on your photographs you can purchase a DVD for half price.

Day Photography
Our Curtin University and UWA photographic studios are open on weekdays throughout
the academic year between 9am and 4.30pm for graduation photography. Graduation regalia
is available free of charge for many Edith Cowan University degrees during on-campus
studio photography sessions. Please enquire about your regalia when booking to prevent
disappointment. Bookings can be made by ringing our UWA studio on 64888507.
Bookings can also be made for photography sessions between 10am and 3pm on the
Saturday of ticket/regalia collection at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.

Ceremony Photo Sessions
For your convenience, studios will be available in the foyer of the Perth Convention
Exhibition Centre from 11am on graduation days. Bookings are not necessary for these sessions.
A service fee of $25.00 is payable on the day in order to have studio photos taken with
family and friends - this is not refundable and does not include photographs. Payment can be
by cash, credit card or EFTPOS and can be paid at our customer service desk or at the point
of photos being taken.
You can pre-pay your service fee online or at ticket collection for a $5.00 discount. Please
see our Photos section for more information and to pre-pay now.
Graduation images will be available for viewing and ordering online approximately five
working days after your ceremony, and will remain on our website for approximately eight
weeks. Families not wishing to order online can order by mail or fax using the order forms
containing their photo reference number and personal passcode that will be distributed at
each studio.
Your Stage Presentation Photograph
All graduates will have their photograph taken on receiving their parchment.
These special photographs can be viewed and ordered online five working days after your ceremony,
using the date of your graduation as your passcode in the format DDMMYYYY. Enlargements and
additional stage photos, taken from a variety of viewpoints, can also be viewed and ordered
at this time.
For an exceptional stage presentation photograph:
- Keep your head up and smile as you cross the stage.
- Scoop long hair behind the ears to reveal the face.
- Wear closed in shoes as photographs are full length.
Testamur Framing
Have your testamur professionally framed immediately after your graduation
or between 9am and 4.30pm any weekday in our on-campus studios. Frames can be
ordered and paid for prior to the ceremony from 11am to speed the process.
A photocopy of your degree will be provided with your frame.
We have over 25 years experience in the framing of university degrees in Western Australia.

Replica Testamur Plaques
Replicas of your parchment can be reproduced on stunning silver or gold coloured
metallic plates and mounted on black, solid jarrah or high gloss, clear acrylic backs
to hang or stand. Colours are permanent and will not fade.
Extremely popular with medical and legal professionals where a second set of
qualifications is necessary for display. Order your plaque
on this website, at your graduation or at
our on-campus studio.
A photocopy will be taken and your original returned to you. Plaques take
approximately 30 days and can be collected from our studio or couriered to you
anywhere in the world.
Graduation Bears and Gifts
Cute and cuddly and a very appropriate gift, our academic bears and koalas are available
from our studios year round and also attend all ECU graduations. We always have a large
variety of styles and prices in these very popular little guys. Academic bears and other
ECU memorabilia can both be purchased on this website.
