Ceremony DVD
A professional DVD is filmed of every ceremony in Perth, Hong Kong, Kalgoorlie and Singapore, covering every important moment including processions, speeches, musical interlude and social gatherings. Visit our online DVD section to order this product. Group your DVD and photography order to receive a substantial discount. DVDs are not available until 14 days after the last ceremony due to detailed editing.
From February 2013 Curtin Bentley ceremonies footage only, will be available to download 2-3 days after your ceremony for a $40.00 fee. Down load charges may apply , check with your service provider for relevant charges. Edited DVDs will still be available as before.
Graduation Regalia
Graduates who have registered to attend their graduation ceremony can access our online regalia ordering page by logging on to OASIS. Regalia cannot be ordered until ceremony registration is completed.
If you would like to view or try on regalia please visit our studio in Building 200 on the Bentley, Perth campus.
To view regalia collection and return information, please choose the location of your ceremony.
PERTH
All regalia orders must be paid for online, in person in our regalia studio or by phone. We do not accept bank cheques or transfers. Our secure online ordering system accepts credit card or BPAY payments. This provides security for your order and credit card details and minimises problems with payments going astray. If you cannot pay by credit card borrowing one from a family member may be your best option.
Regalia orders will be accepted without the application of the $30 late fee for one week after the close of ceremony registration.
Tickets and regalia can be collected on the day before your ceremony between 10am and 6pm and the day of your ceremony between 10 am and 4pm .

Please collect tickets FIRST from the Gallery then proceed to collect your regalia from the Phillips & Father Studio.
You will be able to try on regalia when collecting and amend your order if necessary.
if you are not able to collect in person, please download the proxy collection form from the Curtin graduation website. This will need to be presented by the person designated to collect for you.

Hired regalia must be handed in to the Regalia Returns booth at the ceremony venue an hour after the conclusion of the graduation - a $30.00 per day fine applies for late return.
KALGOORLIE 2013 Regalia can be collected from the foyer of the WASM Conference Centre between 10am and 4pm on the day of your ceremony and must be returned immediately following the post ceremony photography sessions.
HONG KONG 2013 Your graduation regalia can be collected from the graduation venue on a date TBA closer to your ceremony date. Please continue to check your OASIS account to receive the most up to date information about your upcoming ceremony.
SYDNEY 2013Your graduation regalia collection details will be advised early in 2013.
SINGAPORE 2013 Your graduation regalia can be collected from BLK C, Level 2 Curtin Singapore campus on a date and time to be announced
Day Photography
PERTH Our Curtin University on-campus photographic studio in Building 200 is open on weekdays throughout the academic year between 10am and 4.00pm for booked graduation photography. Graduation regalia is available free of charge for all Curtin University degrees during on-campus studio photography sessions.
Studio photography is also available between 10 am and 4pm on regalia and ticket collection days, bookings are not necessary on these days. Have your graduation portraits taken at ticket collection and avoid the queues at the ceremony! Family members are welcome in your photos. We take a variety of poses from which you can choose your favourites to make a great graduation package. Prints and soft copies available, check out our sample page for package prices.
Please note that photographs are NOT available to download. This is something we are working on but at present if you wish to purchase a single digital image it can be emailed to you. Images are normally approximately 3mb. These soft copies are $65 each and this price gives you the right to print the images. Check our website for digital packages with discounted multiple images.
A service fee of $25.00 applies to all photo sessions ($20.00 if paid online), this is not refundable and does not include photographs. The service fee covers the cost of the taking of the photographs, uploading them to our website, and hosting until you order. Images will be available for viewing and ordering on our website 3 working days after your photo session.
HONG KONG Individual and family photography sessions are available during ticket/regalia collection and before and after ceremonies at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. A service fee of HK$150 applies in order to have up to 3 studio poses taken with family and friends - this is not refundable and does not include photographs. Payment can be by cash or credit card and can be paid at our customer service desk or at the point of photos being taken.
You can conveniently pre-pay your service fee online for A$20.00. Please see our Photos section for more information and to pre-pay now.
Graduates and their families should come nicely dressed as extra coats, ties, makeup etc are NOT supplied.
SINGAPORE

Ceremony Photo Sessions
PERTH For your convenience, studios will be available from 5.00pm on ceremony evenings. Sessions will cease for the ceremony and recommence 10 minutes after the ceremony is over. Bookings are not necessary for these evening sessions.
A service fee of $25.00 is payable on the night in order to have studio photos taken with your family and friends - this is not refundable and does not include photographs. Payment can be by cash, credit card or EFTPOS and can be paid at the point of photos being taken. The service fee covers the cost of the taking of the photographs, uploading to our website and the hosting of the images until you order.
Studios will be placed in the marquee on Alcoa Court, on the mezzanine outside the John Curtin Art Gallery, inside the regalia studio and inside the John Curtin Art Gallery which is wheelchair friendly and air conditioned.
You can pre-pay your service fee online for a $5.00 discount. Please see our Photos section for more information and to pre-pay now.

Your Stage Presentation Photograph
All graduates will have their photograph taken on receiving their parchment. One 10cm by 15cm copy of this prized image is yours with our compliments. Order it online and pay $5.00 local postage and packaging or collect it in person from our Curtin studio. Overseas graduates will need to pay A$10.00 postage and handling to receive their hard copy complimentary photo. Images can be viewed and ordered online 3 working days after your ceremony, using the date of your graduation as your passcode in the format DMMYYYY *. Enlargements and additional stage photos can also be viewed and ordered at this time. Please note that our company policy is to not allow the public to buy individual photos not of themselves without their express permission. If you wish to buy individual photos of your friends graduating please ask them to contact us directly.

Testamur Framing
Have your testamur professionally framed immediately after your graduation ceremonies in Perth, Kalgoorlie, Singapore or Hong Kong. This service is also available between 9:30am and 4.30pm any weekday in our on-campus Bentley studio. Frames can also be pre-ordered and paid for at the graduation venue prior to your ceremony to speed the process.

Replica Testamur Plaques
